Our Story

Udon Lab’s udon is a slow food. Our Japanese chef perfected our traditional udon through countless hours. From dough kneading, fine cutting and noodle processing, we have lovingly and painstakingly brought our finely crafted udon all the way from Sanuki, Japan (a city well-known for its traditional style udon). We emphasize on 100% homemade style and its delicately balanced flavors with firm, chewy texture are achieved through an overnight dough maturation and by processing our noodles as soon as we receive each order. To give you the best eating experience, this process takes approximately 10 minutes to fully enrich its flavor. During peak hours, preparation for some orders may take longer than expected to achieve such quality. For those looking for a quick bite, we apologize in advance if we cannot serve you in a timely manner.
